Value Alignment: Gatherings must fully align with Flora’s values, consent culture, and community boundaries. Approved events are welcome to use the name "Bloom" in combination with another word (e.g., Edelweiss Bloom).
Core Team: The organizing team must consist of a minimum of 3 people, at least two of whom must be official Flora members.
Community Inclusivity: The event must be announced and accessible to the entire Bloom community.
